STEP THROUGH "THE GATE"
FOR AN EXPERIENCE YOU WON'T SOON FORGET!
A GOOD INVESTMENT IN THE GREAT COMMISSION Attention: Mission Gate Ministry would like to thank all the volunteers that helped make this years Christmas Angel Mission™ possible. To give you a view of who you touched for Jesus, below is a letter from one of the families in need of your participation. Dear Friends, I just want to thank you so much for allowing God to use you to bless my family. This year I was afraid our Christmas would be small. However, on Saturday, you and your volunteers showed how Big it would be and how Big our God is. Please know that the 'S' family is very, very, thankful. Thankful not only because the kind actions and love we received along with knowing Christmas will happen for our boys, but we are thankful for sharing in the true meaning of Christmas...The celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ! And Saturday, we did that with you all. Continue to do what you do... Thank you, The 'S' Family Corey, Jalen, Kevin, Chanda and Michael

Our vision is to turn lives from crime to Christ through regeneration, rehabilitation and reintegration. In our nine-month program, our trained and certified counselors and educators help “born again” ex-offenders to be all the Lord would have them to be physically, mentally, educationally, vocationally and spiritually.
Regeneration– Our first goal at Mission Gate Prison Ministry is to lead prisoners to a saving knowledge of Christ, to confess Him as Savior and to live their lives under His Lordship. These Christian saints are then discipled to reach out to fellow prisoners with the Good News that we pray will “set the captives free.” Then the other shoe hits the floor: they are released to the free world. There are over 80 opportunities for volunteers to minister in jails and prisons each month!
Rehabilitation– Our second goal is to provide a one year program that will “take the prison out of the inmate.” That is, to disciple them in Christian living that does not shame our Lord. This is accomplished through our one yearAftercare and Guest Home Program in St. LouisandCuba Missouri.
Reintegration– And lastly, we help them return to society as members of the evangelical church of their choice, gainfully employed, housed, and walking in the Lord as a light upon a hill. They return to “the hood” and when people get to know them, they get to know Jesus. From that point on we have “passed the baton” to the Church they hold their membership with. We pray that they will follow the pastor that follows the Master. At this point, we did our job for His glory and honor.
